Looks like an interesting place to explore! I live in Brandon, so it will be very convenient for a lovely day hike. Are pets allowed?
I checked the site and it did say that dogs were not allowed at the Nature Center, however wondered if they were permitted on the trails.
Thanks
Carol

Carol: no, pets are not allowed on the premises. It is in their best interest, as well as the wildlife that lives there :)

Wendy,
Had a great hike on Saturday and took my son back on Sunday. We did not see the baby owl but we did see the Sandhill Crane nest and Eagle nest. I thought the wildlife was incredible and we heard from locals that the bird count as actually down from last fall. But still a GREAT place!
I am not through with processing the photos, but here are some Flickr photos that my son and I took.
