Recomended hike between Philly and South Florida??
I am working up in Philly and about done here so heading home to Boca Raton. I would like to take a couple of extra days en route to do a stomp about in the woods somewhere with hills and water. Anywhere maybe along Interstate 81 ?
I have a day or so to get a plan together. I have all my backpacking gear together here so as far as that I am ready.
Recomendations?

- Hi Danny. Seeing as we are sort of neighbors, I thought I'd say hi. I am looking to doing some of the FT in Big Cypress this season, dayhiking some of the loops. If you ever want a partner to do something let me know. I've never been out overnight, but I plan on getting some backpacking experience this season.

How was the camp? I drove down there on saturday and it was pretty washed out. There have been some wicked storms in the last couple weeks, I'm not sure if we're going to do the trip this weekend.

Yep, been up there a couple times. Been thinking about a long walk, Looking at Seminole and Big Cypress and research turned up your site. Lots of good info. Found you over on the floridatrail site too. Seems you know your business.
