Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park
This is my favorite place to hike but it's really dangerous. Tons of Cotton Mouths everywhere! There is one in my video. Plus we saw 3 more that day. We hiked 5 miles to the center of the Strand. That's a mission in itself. You know what I mean if you have been there. We always see rare orchids...

Comment by Marc on October 30, 2009 at 10:09am - Are most of the trails in Fak Strand dry? We did the scenic drive thru there on that cold Sunday in October. Absolutely beautiful place. I am looking forward to some hiking there, but let me get some experience first!
